ManageCasa’s automatic past dues function is currently set up as a yearly date since our billing is yearly. Since our invoices go out on January 1 and are due by the end of the month, if you pay for the year in that month, you will be current and not see any past dues or notices. If you don’t pay by the end of January, you will start seeing notices and late fees.
We will continue to take quarterly payments as in the past but there will be nuances in ManageCasa since it is thinking about an annual payment. Even though you make your quarterly payment on time, it will send a notice that you have a late fee coming up. If you have made your quarterly payment, ignore this notice. If you have not made it, consider the notice a reminder it is time to pay. Be rest assured, the quarterly payer's accounts will be reviewed each quarter. If the payment was made on time, the late fee that was automatically applied, will be removed. If it was not paid, we all know how that goes!
As far as payment options go, nothing has changed. You can still do the following:
Mail a check to the same address as always
Hand a check to Margarita
Hand US dollars to Margarita
Hand Pesos to Margarita
Pay by CC on the PDOHOA website through the end of 2026.
January 1, 2027 the PDOHOA website will not be an option.
ManageCase will take CCs now and moving forward
A couple added options that have been confirmed if you have a Mexican bank account and prefer to use it:
If you have a Bancomer account and would like to transfer funds, make the transfer using these BBVA account details: *Account No. 0106234623* , in the name of *ASOCIACION DE VECINOS FRACCIONAMIENTO PLAYA DE ORO, A.C.*
If your account is with a bank other than Bancomer (example, Banamex, Banorte, HSBC, etc.), you must use the *CLABE number 012025001062346237* , in the name of *ASOCIACION DE VECINOS FRACCIONAMIENTO PLAYA DE ORO, A.C.*
If you want to issue a Mexican account check, it must be made payable to *ASOCIACION DE VECINOS FRACCIONAMIENTO PLAYA DE ORO, A.C* . (using the full name, without abbreviations). This can be handed to Margarita.
Using either of the Mexican account transfers above, please notify the treasurer so it can be tracked and your invoice credited accordingly.
