The rollout of ManageCasa went very well. Everyone seems to be able to register easily.
Pass the word to your PDO neighbors to register on the site.
After December 31, 2026 if you want to pay your dues online, you MUST use ManageCasa.
We are looking for three volunteers to join our new CCR/By-Laws review committee. The committee's goal is to review our CCRs and By-Laws, suggest any changes, clarify anything that is in conflict, and submit all for legal review.
The committee should be selected and in place by the first of October, discussion meetings during October/November and submitted to the attorney for review by December 1st.
The committee will preferably meet in person, not over Zoom.

Town hall meeting @ 9:30 am, BOD meeting at 10:00 am. The agenda will be sent out the week of the meeting.
La Vaquita Restaurants and the La Vaquita Market have extended a fantastic offer to PDO!
Beginning May 01, 2026 PDO Owners, Guests and Renters will become eligible for a 10% discount at both La Vaquita Norte and Centro Restaurants as well as the La Vaquita Market and their bakery (in the market).
Remember the offer applies to food and beverage at both restaurants and the market. Be sure to be carrying your wristband with you. That is how the La Vaquita staff will know how to award you the discount.
The 2026 Board of Directors is hard at work and looking forward to the Townhall Meeting and their first Board meeting on April 18th, Lower Pool Palapa & Zoom.
Our promise is to be clear and accessible in all our activities, and will strive to keep the community informed and engaged.
Thanks to the many community volunteeers, the Green Space area is looking great! The committee is still working hard, behind the scenes on the next steps, and awaiting approval of the BOD. More to come soon!
